Your custom session
Each order covers one clear request. Choose a written spiritual interpretation if you want a reading, or a symbolic intention ritual if you want to mark a personal intention. For multiple requests, order the corresponding quantity and describe each separately.
Your details
Add name, birth date, gender and request in the “Your details for this reading” box before you add to cart. If you missed it, email the same details with your order number to [email protected]. A photo is optional. Please state whether you want a reading or an intention ritual and share only the context the session needs.
Delivery
Choose Same Hour or Same Day when ordering. The selected window begins after your required details are received and during available service hours. A reading is delivered in writing by email; for an intention ritual, you receive an email confirmation once the service is complete. No physical item is shipped.

Spiritual readings and symbolic rituals are for personal clarity. A ritual does not control another person’s decisions or guarantee results. This service does not replace professional advice or care.
Cancellations and support
Cancellation before personalized preparation begins is eligible for a full refund. Once the service is completed and the promised deliverable sent, it is final and non-refundable for change of mind or an expected outcome not occurring. For work in progress, delivery problems, duplicate charges or defective services, contact [email protected]. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the Cancellations and Refunds policy.
