How do I submit my question?
Enter your question or intention and the details requested by your chosen service in the “Your details for this reading” box on the product page before adding it to your cart. These details are included with your order. If you skipped that box or need to add context, use this private form or email support with your order email and order number. Include only the questions covered by your selected reading.
Which questions are not accepted?
We do not accept requests for medical, legal, financial, pregnancy, crisis, or mental-health advice, guaranteed outcomes, exact dates, or another person’s private thoughts.
