Who Is Responsible for Your Information

Information We Collect

  • Order and contact information: name, email address, billing details, order number, purchased option, and transaction references.
  • Service intake: your name or initials, question or personal intention, and context you submit. Depending on the listing, requested details may include a full name, birth date or gender. Some listings permit an optional photograph. These details personalize the service; they do not establish verified access to private thoughts or supernatural facts. Please read the listing and contact us before ordering if you do not wish to provide a requested detail.
  • Support and fulfillment records: messages, correction requests, delivery status, assigned reader, approval status, and the reading PDF or symbolic-service completion confirmation supplied to you.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser/device data, security logs, cookie identifiers, and basic site activity needed to operate and protect the store.

Payment information is processed by the payment provider presented at checkout. Where Stripe is the processor shown at checkout, Stripe receives payment and transaction information to process the payment, prevent fraud and meet its obligations. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Do not send card numbers or security codes through reading intake or support messages.

Who May Receive Information

We disclose only what is reasonably needed to providers that help run the service, such as Hostinger/WordPress/WooCommerce, our payment processor, email-delivery providers, security and analytics providers when enabled, and independent freelance readers assigned to fulfillment. Freelance readers receive only the intake and order context needed for the assigned service and must follow our confidentiality and scope rules.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell service-intake content. Optional photographs and personal context are used for the requested service and support, not as permission to publish your story, image or testimonial.

Optional Email Updates

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send the tarot tips and updates you requested. You can withdraw your subscription through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential messages about an order you have placed.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, tax/accounting obligations, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Retention can vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.
