These Terms govern purchases from PuraTarot and use of puratarot.com. By ordering, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Please Read Before You Order: The Short Version

PuraTarot readings are created with care and taken seriously by the person who writes them. To keep this a safe, honest space for everyone, and to comply with the rules of our payment providers, the following points apply to every purchase. The full legal terms follow below; if anything here differs from them, the full terms apply.

1. For entertainment purposes only

All readings, rituals and related content sold on PuraTarot are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. A reading is an intuitive, symbolic interpretation. It is not a factual statement about any person, event or outcome, and it is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Decisions you make after a reading remain entirely your own responsibility.

2. No guarantees, no absolute predictions

Energy is fluid and people have free will. For that reason we make no guarantees about the accuracy of any reading and no promises about future events, timelines, other people’s actions or the results of any decision. Nothing in a reading should be understood as a certainty. Any impressions shared about another person are intuitive impressions only; they are not evidence of that person’s actual thoughts or intentions.

3. Questions we cannot accept

To protect you, we do not answer questions on the following topics, and orders containing them will be cancelled and refunded:

• Medical, health or mental-health matters, including pregnancy and fertility.
• Legal matters, including court cases, custody, immigration or disputes.
• Financial or investment advice, including money outcomes, stocks, crypto or business valuations.
• Gambling, lottery numbers or betting.
• Missing persons, or the death of any person.
• Questions about minors, or from anyone under 18.

If your question touches one of these areas, please consult a licensed professional (a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or the relevant authority). We are happy to read on the emotional side of a situation, but never on the medical, legal or financial side of it. See our Acceptable Questions page.

4. You must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we believe was placed by a minor.

5. How delivery works

Every reading is written individually from the details you provide at checkout, then delivered to the email address on your order as a beautifully designed PDF.

• Same Hour: your reading is delivered within one hour of your order.
• Same Day (24 hours): your reading is delivered within 24 hours of your order.

Delivery windows are counted from the moment your payment is confirmed and your intake is complete. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email, and add our sender address to your contacts. If your reading has not arrived within the chosen window, contact us and we will resend it right away.

6. Personal details and refunds

The quality of your reading depends on the details you share, so please give your question and context as fully as you can. Because each reading is custom-made and delivered digitally, an order cannot be refunded once the reading has been delivered, except where the question falls under section 3, where the reading was not delivered at all, or where a duplicate charge or a material error occurred. An order cancelled before preparation begins is refunded in full. If you have a concern about your reading, write to us within 7 days and we will make it right. 7. Your privacy

Your name, question and details are used only to prepare your reading. They are never shared, sold or published. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Service Provider

PuraTarot is the customer-facing brand operated by CadUnlock LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Meriem Chrrouhi is the owner and authorized representative. Every PuraTarot reading is personally prepared by Meriem Chrrouhi. Your purchase remains a transaction with CadUnlock LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Do not order for a minor or submit a minor’s information.

What You Are Purchasing

PuraTarot offers personalized tarot readings and symbolic spiritual rituals or reflection sessions. Tarot readings are written digital services delivered as a PDF by email unless the listing states another format. A symbolic ritual is a personalized service with completion confirmation by email; it does not include a tarot reading or PDF unless expressly included in the listing. No physical item is shipped. Each listing defines the purchased scope, requested details, price and delivery option.

All readings and symbolic services are for personal reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, gambling, crisis, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, reconciliation, contact, timing, income, pregnancy, health, legal results, or any specific outcome. We do not claim to verify another person’s private thoughts.

Product Images and Reader Identity

Faces and people shown in product covers and promotional artwork are advertising illustrations or models, not photographs of Meriem Chrrouhi and not a promise that the person pictured will prepare your order. Product artwork may be digitally created or edited. Meriem’s authentic photographs are identified on our About page; only images expressly identified there as Meriem should be understood as her portrait.

Product images illustrate a theme or reading topic. They are not evidence of a result, a client testimonial, or a guarantee of accuracy, access to private thoughts, future events or supernatural effects. Your purchase is the reading or symbolic service and the deliverable described in the listing, not the pictured person, props or a physical tarot deck.

Orders, Payment, and Intake

An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the required intake is complete and accepted. Follow the intake instructions in your listing. Some services request a full name, birth date or gender; a photograph is optional where stated. Other readings need only a first name and questions. Contact us before ordering if you do not wish to share a requested detail. Do not send identity documents, intimate photographs, medical records or unnecessary information about others. Prices and the payment currency are shown at checkout. Payment processing is provided by the provider displayed at checkout. We may pause, decline, or cancel an order affected by payment failure, suspected fraud, prohibited content, missing intake, capacity limits, or a question outside our published scope.

Delivery

The delivery window selected at checkout begins only after successful payment and receipt of a complete, accepted intake. Same Hour and Same Day refer to the service preparation or delivery option, not a promised life event or result. Readings are delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For products offering these options, Same Hour means within one hour and Same Day means within 24 hours after successful payment and a complete, accepted intake. Other products may offer different delivery options; the deadline shown for the selected product and option applies. If that deadline is unclear, contact us before ordering. Delays caused by an incomplete or out-of-scope question do not count toward the delivery window until the issue is resolved. See the Cancellations and Refunds section below.

Acceptable Use and Questions

You must provide information you are entitled to share and use the service lawfully. We do not accept questions involving emergencies, medical or mental-health diagnosis, pregnancy or fertility predictions or medical claims, legal outcomes, investments or gambling, missing persons, stalking, coercion, harmful spells, claims to diagnose or remove curses, guaranteed supernatural effects or other guaranteed outcomes, minors, or confidential information about a non-consenting person. Symbolic rituals may support a personal intention or reflection; they do not control another person, diagnose hidden influences or promise external changes. See Acceptable Questions.

Reader Assignment and Corrections

Every PuraTarot reading is personally prepared by Meriem Chrrouhi for the question or focus accepted for your order. If your reading or service confirmation is missing, unreadable, assigned to the wrong order, or materially outside the purchased scope, contact support so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, redelivery, or refund.

Cancellations and Refunds

For a reading or symbolic service, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as you wish to cancel. An order cancelled before personalized preparation begins is eligible for a full refund. If work has started but is not complete, contact us immediately; we will explain the work already performed and any cancellation or refund available. Once the personalized service has been completed and its promised reading or completion confirmation delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable for change of mind, disagreement with an interpretation, or failure of a hoped-for emotional, relationship or spiritual outcome. No physical returns or exchanges apply. This policy does not limit remedies for duplicate charges, non-delivery, a materially defective or misdescribed service, a missed promised delivery window, or rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction, redelivery or refund. A clarification explains the original reading; additional questions or topics require a new order. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply.

Intellectual Property and Personal Use

The website, branding, templates, and general content are owned by or licensed to CadUnlock LLC. Your delivered PDF is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, impersonate, scrape, systematically reproduce, or use the service to harm, harass, or mislead others.

Service Availability and Liability

We work to keep the site and delivery process available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CadUnlock LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a reading or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, Applicable Law, and Contact

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version in effect when you order applies to that order unless law requires otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CadUnlock LLC, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
