An intention for wellbeing can begin with how you speak to yourself, rather than a target for how your body should look. This ritual makes space for body kindness and the habits you choose to value. Its focus is a respectful relationship with yourself, without measurements, comparisons or a promised physical transformation.

You might bring an intention around consistency, rest or treating everyday choices with less judgment. Share one theme that matters to you without providing weight, medical history or a diet plan. Meriem Chrrouhi prepares your symbolic session around that focus, without prescribing a routine or defining what a healthy body should look like.
Your request
Add full name, birth date, gender and a short description of your focus in the “Your details for this reading” box before you add to cart. If you missed it, email the same details with your order number to [email protected]. A photo is optional; include only relevant details. This order covers one personal request.

Choose Same Hour or Same Day when ordering. Timing begins after complete required details arrive and during available service hours. We send confirmation to your order email when your symbolic session is complete. No physical item is shipped.

Cancellations and support
Cancellation before personalized preparation begins is eligible for a full refund. Once the service is completed and the promised deliverable sent, it is final and non-refundable for change of mind or an expected outcome not occurring.
