Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about what you receive, when delivery timing begins, which questions are accepted, and how the service stays within honest boundaries.

What do I receive?

For a tarot reading, you receive a personalized written PDF by email unless the listing specifies another format. For a symbolic ritual or reflection session, you receive completion confirmation by email; a PDF reading is included only if expressly stated. Check the listing for the exact service, scope, question count, requested information and timing. No physical item is shipped.

Is this a live chat, phone call, or video session?

No. Readings and symbolic services are provided asynchronously unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

What does personalized mean?

The reading is prepared for the question and context accepted for your order. It is not an unchanged prewritten file sent to every customer.

Do you guarantee accuracy or a future outcome?

No. Tarot is subjective and is offered for entertainment and personal reflection. We do not guarantee another person’s actions, an exact date, reconciliation, marriage, pregnancy, employment, income, legal success, or any other specific event.

What questions can I ask?

Questions work best when they focus on your choices and experience—for example, “What should I consider before reconnecting?” rather than “Exactly when will this person return?”

What questions do you decline?

We decline medical or mental-health diagnosis, pregnancy or fertility predictions, legal outcomes, investment or gambling decisions, veterinary diagnosis, emergencies, missing persons, claims to verify private thoughts, stalking, guaranteed outcomes, harmful spells, claims to diagnose or remove curses, coercion, verified mediumship, requests involving minors, and confidential information about a non-consenting person.

Requirements vary by listing. Some readings request a first name and birth date; some symbolic services request a full name, birth date and gender. A photograph is optional where stated. Follow your listing, share only the requested context, and contact us before ordering if you are uncomfortable providing a requested detail. Never send identity documents, medical records or intimate images.

When does my delivery time start?

The delivery window starts after payment is confirmed, the required intake is complete, and the question passes the scope review. If information is missing or the question needs replacement, the delivery window has not started.

How does Same Hour work?

Same Hour is a delivery option during available service hours, measured after payment and complete, accepted intake. Same Day also follows the applicable service hours and listing. These labels refer to service delivery or completion, never to when a relationship, financial or spiritual outcome will occur. Contact support before ordering if the deadline or hours are unclear.

Is this service suitable for an emergency or professional decision?

No. Do not use a reading to replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, veterinary, or emergency help. Customers must be at least 18 years old.

What do symbolic rituals promise?

They provide a personalized symbolic practice around your stated intention, with completion confirmation as described in the listing. They do not promise supernatural effects, curse removal, control over another person, health improvements or a specific external result.

Who prepares my order, and who is pictured?

A named-reader commitment in your listing applies. Otherwise, an independent reader may prepare or review your order under PuraTarot standards. People shown in product covers are advertising models or illustrations, not identification of the assigned reader. Meriem’s authentic photographs are identified on the About page.

Can I cancel or report a delivery problem?

Email contact@puratarot.com with your order number promptly. Orders cancelled before personalized preparation begins are eligible for a refund. Once substantive work begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, defective deliverables and missed promised windows remain reviewable under our Cancellations and Refunds policy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
